The Black Burlesque School
The Black Burlesque School offers pop up dance classes and an 8-session course, taught by working professional Black Burlesque artists of international acclaim. Created by The Cocoa Butter Club; conceptualised by Sadie Sinner The Songbird, this is where the melanated are celebrated in Burlesque!

About Us
Created by The Cocoa Butter Club; guest tutors include, UK's no.1 Burlesque Artist, Cleopantha; Soul Sista of Burlesque, Demi Noire; Cabaret Royalty, Coco Deville, World pole champion; Lauren Elise, and international superstar, LA-based co-star to Dita von Teese, Jessabelle Thunder.
Costumier and star of Evening of Burlesque, Velvet Jones, Burlesque idol champion Onyx Fatale, sing and fling superstar, Mimi Sugarpill and award-winning non-binary burlesque innovator, Rudy Jeevanjee also teach on the course.
